How Do Holidays Impact Garbage Pickup?

I've lived in Bartlett for over 20 years and every year I have to check the City of Bartlett's website to figure out which holidays delay garbage pick up and which do not. If you're in the same boat as me this post is for you! Below is the list of holidays that delay garbage collection by one day:

• New Year’s Day

• Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

• Memorial Day

• Independence Day

• Labor Day

• Thanksgiving Day

• Christmas Day
  

Since garbage is collected on Tuesdays for our neighborhood this means garbage will be collected the Wednesday after a holiday listed above.
